Hallmark Community Solutions envisions California as a place where all individuals can count on stable, high-quality and inspiring housing choices throughout their lifetime. Current activities of HCS include:
- Final implementation of the Bay Area Housing Project;
- Preparation of housing needs assessments statewide;
- Secure care facilities for persons with dual diagnosis of developmental disabilities and mental illness;
- Development of new housing and financing strategies under SB1175;
- Utilization of properties in foreclosure to increase affordable housing supply;
